Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up and you can't make your appointment!
To avoid cancelation fees, please let us know more than 48 hours before your appointment time so that we can get you rescheduled and fill our stylist's appointment time. With a cancelation under 48 hours, there will be a fee of 50% of your services booked for cancelations under our policy requirements. Same day service changes/removals are considered a late-cancel. We do require a card on file to book with us.
No Show Policy: No showed appointments will be charged for 100% of the service and a deposit will be required for your next appointment.
Late Policy: We understand sometimes you might behind because sometimes we run a little behind! Just let us know if you're going to be late so we can see if we can work around it or if we need to alter services/reschedule! Fees may apply after 15 minutes.
Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel, but stays in your account for rescheduling!
